Governor Jim Doyle announced today that he is appointing Randy Romanski as Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP). Romanski served as Deputy Secretary since December 2007, and has been involved in agriculture and rural policy for nearly two decades.
